this book! It was totally different from what I expected, that being said, I'm not sure what I was expecting. The only other book I've read about this time was a memoir written by a holocaust survivor I actually got to meet.
This is written unlike any other book I've read and at first it was somewhat difficult to follow but once I got involved in the story, I couldn't put it down. It's very thought provoking considering I live in a society where I have access to any type of book I want to read. It's on my always-a-keeper and it's on my list of 25 books EVERYONE should read at least once in their lifetime!
